To maximize the solar arrays, our builds are all electric. The only gas-powered items are the backup furnace & an optional gas range.

Thanks to a partnership with local solar experts, Jefferson Electric, all garages are EV Charger-ready and homes are Tesla Powerwall - compatible.
Efficient
Energy Star appliances, electric heat pump HVAC systems, Low E coated windows & doors, and all LED lighting ensure high energy efficiency.

WaterSense (or equivalent plumbing) is used through out the home. We only use the most water efficient commode on the market, Niagara Stealth.
Native Landscaping
Landscaping is another opportunity to help restore our local habitat. By landscaping with native plants, local wild life benefits from food and shelter.
