Sol Homes is a woman owned and led Indianapolis-based builder and investor.
Armed with 25+ years of construction experience, a passion for sustainability, and a love for their city, father and daughter Refugio & Marisol set off to make Indianapolis a greener place.
Our mission is to facilitate green living by building environmentally conscious homes.
At Sol Homes we do more than build houses, we build homes for the future.

Sol Home's mission is to facilitate green living by building environmentally conscious homes for the future. Electrification and maximized efficiency are integral parts of our model.
Features and options include solar panel, EV charging capable garages, low emissivity windows, water conservation systems, pollinator gardens, and more.

100% HOMEGROWN
Sol Homes is built on a family business model and we take pride in having no hidden investors or interest groups.
Our kitchens boast 100% custom, handmade cabinetry. Cabinetry is done in-house by our sister company, White River Wood Craft.
Custom metalwork can also be found in each of our builds. Metal fabrication is provided by our other sister company, Indy Steel.
We extend our family business model to the greater Indianapolis area by fostering partnerships with all local contractors.
